Named for Lance Ellian’s wife Caryn, this wine a refreshing dedication of love. This is a beautiful, classic style of Sauvignon Blanc. The 2018 has a powerful nose of citrus fruits, pineapple, and freshly trimmed lemongrass that you can enjoy, well, at anytime, but near a body of water with a seafood tower is very much encouraged.
