I’m always on the lookout for a great value Pinot Noir, because I like to have something for everyone. I’ve also known Calera for a long time as it used to be Marta’s (from Talisman) full time job. She’d always share some Calera (they make a spectacular Viognier) when she was in town and I’m grateful to have revisited it recently with a friend. It’s a really great Pinot Noir at a fabulous price.

Impressive black raspberry fruits, white flowers, spice, and a subtle salty minerality all emerge from the glass, and it's beautifully textured, balanced, and just a joy to drink.
