A very exclusive offering from Talisman, normally only sold at the Tasting Room itself… And we have access to a small amount of it! It’s a rosé that doesn’t hold back it’s punches and a favourite of mine since they started making it.

Talisman is “all pinot, all the time”. They’ve been around for just over 25 years and only make less than 3000 cases a year, all Pinot Noir from ~16 different single vineyards that they have a connection with. Marta and Scott, I have to say you’re pretty darn amazing at it. About 4 years ago, Scott finally made a rosé… And oh my. The first bottle I tried was only slightly chilled (mostly because I couldn’t wait for it to chill down for me to try it) and when I tasted it for the first time, I closed my eyes and really thought I was drinking a Talisman Pinot. It’s amazing how my senses fooled me that day… And I’ve been hooked on this rosé ever since! It’s bold and not boring at all. Yes it’s still a rosé and beautifully balanced. If you’ve sat outside with me at my house, you’ve probably had it. 😆
