Melville Pinot Noir-

Chad Melville has taken the reigns on this one of a kind Pinot Noir coming all from his estate in Sta. Rita Hills.  Chad’s highly rated wines are crafted by his trick, whole cluster fermentation. This is an integral part of winemaking which only certain regions in the world can pull off, but because of the regions long growing season the tannins are integrated perfectly to create this fantastic Pinot Noir.

On the palate, the wine is deliciously savory with fine black tea, dried eucalyptus and lingering flavors of bing cherries. Overall the wine has softened tannins, delightfully cool climate influenced acidity and a lengthy finish.
