A long ago forgotten varietal that has come back from extinction in a BIG way! For all you white wine lovers who don't know if you're in the mood for Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay, this is the wine for you. Great acidity with a beautiful mouthfeel, this pairs well with practically anything and very much enjoyed (by me, lol) on a front porch!
