Roussanne has never been taken care of so well. These grapes are literally hand rotated to provide full circumferential sun exposure, creating the perfect “tan” if you will. Then La Cuadrilla (The Crew) select the oldest vines and the most evenly ripened clusters to be destined for L’Avion. Of the juice pressed and barrel aged only a handful of those barrels are then selected and bottled for your consumption as L’Avion.

The 2018 is luxurious! Sultry, even. The wine is incredibly expressive of ripened stone fruits, orange blossoms, and a touch of honey. Layers of complexity allow this wine to be the star of the show.
