Virtual event attendees will delight in 3 different and spectacular premium Cavas while we all learn about Conservas, thanks for Chef Jonah!

This interactive tasting will not only allow guests to experience a flavor exploration sure to tantalize their taste-buds but will also be ultra-fun as we compose our conservas and thoughtful accompaniments under the guidance of Miller. This is a great cava from one of the best regions of and from a producer that likes to show a little personality. This is a great apertif, vibrant and just the right texture of bubbles to encourage another glass. A blend of the classic varietals for cava; Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Paralleda, this wine is 100% organic and 100% delightful.

  • Naveran Brut Vintage Reserva

“This grower Cava is made from 100% estate grown, organically farmed fruit with extended lees aging far beyond the minimum requirements for the Cava DO. Made by the Naveran family since 1901. This winery has a tradition of crafting Cavas that are superb expressions of clean, bright, citrus-inflected aromas and flavors with beautiful texture and weight from the extended lees contact, designed to stand up among the great sparkling wines of the world.”

  • ParĂ©s BaltĂ  Blanca CusinĂ© 2012 Gran Reserva

Blanca Cusiné was crafted as a tribute to the women of Parés Baltà and more specifically their youngest daughter Blanca, whom was born the same year as the first vintage of this wine (2002).

The 2012 Blanca Cusiné is elegant, aromatically profound with notes of its maturation shining through. It is golden in color and has layers of toasted apricot compote, lemon curd, and a long leesy finish. A sure testament of the beautiful blend of Xarel-lo, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
